Annual Membership Meeting

The Falcon Valley Annual Membership Meeting will be held in the Lenexa City Center Library (8778 Penrose Ln.) Thursday, February 13, at 6:15p. The Annual Meeting is open to all Falcon Valley residents. The Board will be discussing the 2024 projects, financial review, 2025 approved budget, election for the Board of Directors, and will field any residents' questions, comments, or concerns.

Board of Directors Meeting
Wednesday, March 19th, 6:30pm at Price Chopper Meeting Room
The Falcon Valley Homes Association Board of Directors will be holding their bimonthly meeting on Wednesday, March 19, 6:30pm, in the Price Chopper meeting room (19601 W 101st St, upstairs above the dining area). The Board will be discussing the Association's financials, anticipated projects, and any/all other Association matters. Residents are welcome to join all Board Meetings to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns.
